Stephanie Seay is the General Manager for Heartland Coca-Cola, overseeing distribution centers in Peoria, Springfield, Quincy, Charleston, and Champaign in Central Illinois. With 21 years of extensive experience in sales operations management, Stephanie has developed expertise in business development, inventory planning, cost reductions, logistics, resource allocations, budgeting, P&L ownership, and team leadership.
Stephanie holds a Business Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to drive operational efficiency and foster strategic growth within the organization.
In addition to her professional achievements, Stephanie is committed to giving back to her community. She has been an active Board Member of the United Way of Champaign County since 2021, contributing her leadership skills to help make a positive impact in the region. Stephanie is also a proud member of the Rotary Club of Champaign District 6490.
Stephanie resides in the Champaign, IL with her husband, Donavyn, their daughter Sophia, and their dog Bruno.
