Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Illinois announces Matt Tucker will join Board of Directors

Matt Tucker brings extensive experience in human resources and talent development, with a passion for empowering individuals and teams to achieve their potential.
He currently leads the learning and development initiatives for his organization, driving programs that foster employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to his current role, Matt served in human resources and people development capacities at Hanson Professional Services and Horace Mann, both based in Springfield.
Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Eastern Illinois University and a master's degree in Organizational Communication from Illinois State University. His academic foundation has fueled his career-long commitment to enhancing communication and connection within workplaces.
Outside of his professional life, Matt and his wife, Kari, have a personal connection to the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities, having benefited firsthand from an extended stay at a Ronald McDonald House. Kari is a dedicated school administrator in Decatur Public Schools, and together, they are committed to giving back and supporting families in need, reflecting the values of Ronald McDonald House Charities.
