Important Things to Know
We are unable to take reservations and we place families in rooms at a first come, first served basis.
A family's financial situation is not taken into account when requesting a room.
Families can check-in up to 24 hours before a patient's first appointment and can stay up to 24 hours after last appointment or discharge.
No pets are allowed; service animals are permitted.
Families are allowed one private room, with a bed and bathroom. All bed linens and towels are provided.
Families must be respectful and tolerant of other families, staff and volunteers while living in our community environment.
Families should actively share in keeping the House clean and tidy.
The building and grounds of the house are smoke free; there is a designated smoking area in the outside garden.
Alcoholic beverages, drugs and weapons are not permitted in the house.
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m
